Mushroom Coffee



I'm NOT a big coffee drinker by any means, but I do like to have fun flavored hot coffees sometimes.  Not only are they expensive, but I know they are not healthy.  I recently learned about mushroom coffee and all of it's health benefits.  I am not a fan of mushrooms of any kinds and honestly not a big fan of mushroom coffee either, but I am trying to embrace the benefits as I continue to try and heal.  I especially struggle because the health benefits are better in cold coffee.  With all that shared, I have found a way to enjoy this and hope for it to help me. 

Everyday Dose combines the delicious coffee
you know and love with functional mushrooms,
collagen protein, and nootropics to promote focus,
energy, immunity, and gut health.

The coffee brand I'm using is Everyday Dose and the flavor profile I am making is like a chocolate banana bread.

To make it, I use my blender and add:

1 cup milk
1 scoop Everyday Dose coffee
1 T  organic cacao powder
1 chopped frozen banana
½ tsp homemade vanilla
½ tsp cinnamon
a dash of cloves

Blend together.  Sometimes, I will add a handful of ice.
